Can you describe Texas by Texans, showcasing Texas artisans? 

Shannon Barnett (SB): Texas by Texans showcases a unique assortment of delicious sweets and treats sourced from Texas artisans. You can expect new Texas product options on a regular basis. Our goal for this booth is to provide a shopping experience that will keep you surprised and satisfied. 

One Eyed Joe highlights award-winning salsas. Each of the three salsa options are unique, delectable and sugar-free family recipes. One Eyed Joe is all about taking your foods from ordinary to extraordinary with flavorful notes that echo the history of Texan roots. 

What is a product at your booth you are really excited about right now?

SB: One Eyed Joe Salsa! Our salsas are all-natural with no artificial preservatives. No high fructose…gluten-free…fresh and flavorful…and titillating to your palate! We also have award-winning tins designed by western artist, Warne Baize. You can choose from several western images for a wonderful gift for yourself or a loved one. 

What inspired you to begin selling your items?
